At Mahashay Ji Ka Namkeen, we take immense pride in the quality and hygiene of our traditional namkeen products. Each batch is carefully crafted and packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
As our food items are perishable in nature, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy.
1. No Returns
We do not accept returns of any products once they are delivered. This policy is in place because:
Namkeen items are perishable and consumable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot resell returned goods.
To maintain freshness and quality standards, all products are dispatched directly from our facility.
2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our website. Please make sure to review your order carefully before confirming payment.
3. Damaged or Wrong Orders (Exceptional Cases)
Though we don’t offer returns or refunds, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will review your case and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
To report an issue:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide order ID, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief explanation.

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation, as we begin preparation and packaging immediately to ensure timely delivery.
